Jeffrey Giglio founded JLG Technology, a technology-based training company, in 1991. Besides his business acumen and personal integrity, Jeff's signature mark is his ability to transition to the "next step" necessary to achieve goals. For example, in the early stages, he successfully shifted the company's client base from 100% government to 85% commercial customers. Jeff has seamlessly guided our team through new business operations associated with evolving ownership.

Jeff is also particularly skilled at developing meaningful, long-lasting strategic partnerships. These alliances benefit our customers with competitive pricing, streamlined integration, and efficient proven processes.

Kathy Woody is an experienced professional who brings over 15 years of software design and development experience to Web Technologies. She is skilled in all phases of technology-based project development including e-learning course design, product management, project management, database design and management, client support, and web-based application development. She has worked with clients from many industries, including automotive, education, financial, government and high tech. At Web Technologies, she managed several large-scale training programs for Arthur D. Little, Intel, and Honda, all of which awarded Web Technologies additional work.

Tracy Henchbarger is the Vice President of e-Learning and Web Application Development. Tracy, founder of Developers Only, which merged with JLG Technology in 1998, has played a key role in the rapid growth of Web Technologies during the past four years. She possesses decades of software development and technology-based training experience. Tracy is responsible for administration of solutions consulting, proposal writing and contract pricing, and overall client satisfaction. Tracy focuses on recognizing and responding to market trends and keeping Web Technologies' client base prepared to meet the future.

Mitch Spencer is a Solutions Consultant with over 12 years' proposal management, instructional design, performance consulting, learning strategy, and project management experience. Mitch has worked with numerous public and private companies with a concentration in the aerospace, transportation, and technical/systems industries. He has designed and developed various types of performance materials, such as design documents, user manuals, instructor guides, and reference tools. In addition, he is skilled in developing customized training programs, utilizing technologies such as computer-based and web-based training, deployed via CD-ROM, company intranets, and the Internet.

With over 15 years of project management and leadership experience, Melissa excels in fostering a friendly, collaborative, team-based project environment. Possessing versatility and wide-ranging technical skills, she manages a breadth of projects types, from print-based instructor guides to $1,000,000 web-based custom courseware. Before joining Web Technologies, Melissa established strong project management skills supervising technology-based projects for Fortune 500 clients including Honda, Volkswagen, 3M, and others. At Web Technologies, she led the development team to the timely and successful completion of e-learning courses for Volkswagen of America, Audi, iPass, Metropolitan Water District, Anchor Blue (Hub Distributing), JNI, and Symantec.

Tim Rogers possesses an enviable combination of technical knowledge and business skill, which he applies to the successful management of technology-based projects at Web Technologies. In addition to over eight years of project management and software development experience, Tim has considerable "hands on" experience in the business world. He was the Chief Technology Officer at two business technology firms in Hong Kong, where he designed a financial portal for the Asian real estate market and undertook a multimillion-dollar project with Oracle to build one of Asia's first large-scale business-to-business exchanges. At Web Technologies, Tim has managed successful development projects for clients such as Symantec, Nokia, Aames Financial Corporation, and Accredited Home Lenders.

Troy Gorostiza is a learning and process evangelist with extensive experience in software and e-learning. He has successfully led professional and technical teams in cross-functional projects and is well versed in project management, proposal writing, strategic design, engineering, development, and implementation of software applications in various environments. Prior to joining Web Technologies, Troy successfully started and ran his own consulting company, Knowledge Stream, which specialized in custom content development, digital marketing solutions, and IT consulting. He gained valuable management and business insight at Virtual Acumen (which he co-founded), Click2Learn and 3 Dog Multimedia. Troy has worked with clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, high tech, government, telecom, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, and financial.
